USB File 不收集、存储、出售或共享用户的个人数据。

USB File 不要求注册账号，不包含广告、用户分析或跟踪服务，也不会建立用户画像。

2. 文件、照片与视频

只有在用户主动操作时，USB File 才会通过 Apple 提供的系统照片选择器、文件选择器或分享功能处理用户选择的照片、视频和文件。

选择的内容会作为文件副本保存在 USB File 的本地文档目录中。导入照片或视频不会修改系统照片图库。

所有文件均在用户自己的设备上处理，开发者无法查看或访问其内容。

3. USB 文件传输

用户可以使用配套的 Mac 版 USB File，通过 USB 在自己的 iPhone 与 Mac 之间传输文件和文件夹。

文件内容不会通过 Wi‑Fi、局域网、互联网或云存储进行传输，也不会上传到开发者服务器。

Mac 版 USB File 只能访问 USB File 自己的文档目录，不能访问其他 App 的私有文件或整个 iPhone 文件系统。

4. 本地通信

USB File 可能通过仅限设备本机的通信机制接收文件列表刷新通知。该通信不会把文件内容发送到互联网或云端。

5. 第三方服务

USB File 不集成第三方广告、分析或用户跟踪 SDK，也不会向第三方出售或共享用户数据。

6. 数据保存与删除

用户可以随时在 USB File 中删除文件。

卸载 App 时，保存在 App 本地目录中的数据会由操作系统删除。已经由用户传输到 Mac 或其他 App 的文件副本，由用户自行管理和删除。

由于 USB File 不建立账号，也不在开发者服务器上保存用户文件或个人数据，因此不存在需要用户向开发者申请删除的云端账号数据。

7. 儿童隐私

USB File 不会有意收集儿童或其他用户的个人数据。

2. Files, Photos, and Videos

USB File processes photos, videos, and files selected by the user only when the user takes an explicit action, using system photo pickers, file pickers, or sharing features provided by Apple.

Selected content is saved as a file copy in USB File’s local documents directory. Importing a photo or video does not modify the system photo library.

All files are processed on the user’s own device. The developer cannot view or access their contents.

3. USB File Transfer

Users can use the companion USB File app for Mac to transfer files and folders between their own iPhone and Mac over USB.

File contents are not transferred over Wi‑Fi, a local network, the internet, or cloud storage, and are not uploaded to the developer’s servers.

USB File for Mac can access only USB File’s own documents directory. It cannot access other apps’ private files or the entire iPhone file system.

4. Local Communication

USB File may receive file-list refresh notifications through a device-local communication mechanism. This communication does not send file contents to the internet or the cloud.

5. Third-Party Services

USB File does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or user-tracking SDKs, and does not sell or share user data with third parties.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Users can delete files in USB File at any time.

When the app is uninstalled, the operating system deletes data stored in the app’s local directory. Users are responsible for managing and deleting any file copies they have transferred to a Mac or another app.

Because USB File does not create accounts or store user files or personal data on the developer’s servers, there is no cloud account data that users need to ask the developer to delete.

7. Children’s Privacy

USB File does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users.
